Meze Eatery is Hiring a Baker Near Grass Valley, CA
Meze Eatery Grass Valley Inc. in Grass Valley, CA is looking for an experienced baker to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 106 Mill Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Baker hours starts at 4:30-5am, 3-4 Times a week.
Responsibilities
- *Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to make pita bread *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment *Be part of the morning prep team, parallel to baking.
Qualifications
- *Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *kitchen experience *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Baker a plus
